Prior to the Due Date for the semester, Students must communicate to Student Account Services how they will pay for tuition, fees and other charges net of Estimated Financial Aid by completing the form found by following the "Payment Arrangement Communication" link below. Failure to communicate these Payment Arrangements by the Due Date may result in a Late-Payment Penalty of $100, a denial of access to student housing both on the Irving or Rome campus and removal from registered courses.
"Payment Arrangements" is defined as payment in full of the student's account - the balance of tuition, fees and other charges net of the Estimated Financial Aid through a cash, check or ACH payment; enrollment in an Transact Payment Plan; or incoming payments in the form of outside scholarships, 529-Plan disbursements, or 3rd-Party.

Students have access to their Transact Payment account by logging in through BannerWeb under "Manage your account via Transact Pay." Students can grant access to parents or guardians to set up their own Transact account as a payer.
