Planned Giving Is for Everyone
Making a will is one of the most vital ways to extend your love and generosity for your family and friends. It can also help support students and education for generations to come. By leaving a gift to the ³Ô¹ÏÍø in your will, you are building a lasting legacy to educate young people, now and for years in the future.
Have you already included a gift in your will or trust? We would love to thank you for your generosity and include you in our Legacy Society (add link out).
Begin Your Legacy
To help you get started on your plans and legacy, ³Ô¹ÏÍø has partnered with an online tool that guides you through the process of creating your will or trust. It’s easy to use, accessible online, valid in all 50 states, and can be completed in 20 minutes. You can use on its own, or use it to document your wishes before finalizing your plans with an attorney.
Non-Probate Assets
Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will? If so, these are called non-probate assets and you must plan your beneficiaries for them separately. Use to make your plans and designate us as a beneficiary of one or more of these assets.
Additional Information
If you’d prefer to use an attorney to draft your will and you choose to leave a gift in your will, we suggest the following language and to advise us of your intentions:
"I bequeath (amount OR percentage) to the ³Ô¹ÏÍø, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of Texas, with the principal business address of 1845 E. Northgate Dr. Box #705, Irving, Texas 75062 and federal tax identification number 75-0926755."
